Vegan Brownies

The ultimate proof that the vegan diet is not synonymous with culinary austerity! Should talk to our health minister.



  • 250 ml of vegetable oil
  • 125 ml of sugar
  • 125 ml of brown sugar
  • 175 ml of cocoa powder
  • 15 ml of baking powder
  • 5 ml of vanilla extract or a pod
  • A pinch of salt
  • 500 ml flour
  • 250 ml of water
  • 125 ml of chocolate chips
  • 125 ml pistachios or other nuts


In a bowl, combine oil, sugar and brown sugar

Add cocoa, baking powder, vanilla and salt

Stir alternately flour and water

Finish by adding the nuggets and pistachios

Bake preheated to 350┬║F for about 30 minutes

Serve with a large glass of milk, but not that of a cow ...
