  • Dark chocolate 250 g
  • Sugar 150 g
  • 150 g butter
  • Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
  • Sifted flour 60 g
  • Egg 3
  • Salt 1 pinch


1 Melt the butter in a small saucepan over very low heat and then break the dark chocolate in a salad bowl. Let it melt gently in a bain-marie.

2 Dip a brush into the melted butter and brush your mussel with it. Preheat the thermostat oven 6 (180 °).

3 Mix the melted chocolate with the butter. Out of the heat, add the caster sugar, the vanilla sugar and the beaten egg omelet with a small pinch of salt. Finally, add the flour.

4 Pour into the mold and bake for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes in the oven off.

To finish

Cool for about 1/2 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Unmould the cake and cut it into individual parts.
