Sponge Cake Recipe

Butter and flour a sponge mold carefully and fill it with dough at 2/3 of the height.

Bake, turn out on a rack and let cool

For the rolled biscuit, the same principle except that instead of the sponge cake spread the dough on a sheet of parchment paper greased with melted butter and previously placed on a baking sheet.
